The Interview Question

You are lucky in your application if you got the chance to be lined up for an interview.  The fact that there are too many applicants in whatever fields today; getting to be interviewed is a sign that you have the guts to be one of the additional employees of such business institution.

This is why you need to prepare yourself before the interview.  Depending on the nature of the business, most of the time, interviewers are composed of 3 individuals or even more and every one of them will be asking questions.  There’s no such thing you do not know about the possible questions to be asked because you need to give an answer to whatever questions the interviewers will ask.

First and foremost, you should have a clear picture of what to be done before and during the interview.  A clear picture of the scenario will not only give you confident but you will have the idea of the possible questions to be asked and to prepare your answers.

Let us take the picture this way: the receptionist or the person in-charge of calling the next person to be interviewed will call you.  You will surely be asked to enter the room where the interviewers are waiting.  Are you getting the picture?  Upon entering the room, you need to greet the panel and wait for them or one of them to ask you to take your seat. 

Remember that upon entering the room, the interviewers are seeing you as one of their possible additional employee and so, as much as possible your movements should be, in the sense, measured in a way that you should not make actions which display weakness in your part.  You should seat erect but not as actually sitting as a military personnel, unless of course, if you are one.

After instructing you to take your seat, reply immediately with “thank you” before taking a sit.  This will indicate to the interviewer the impression that you are not only courteous but also professional.  Small things like mannerisms should be totally eliminated. Avoid such mannerisms as it will indicate that you are relax and over-confident in which one of the interviewers might be disgusted and worst, will not agree on selecting you as their lucky applicant.

One last thing is to be observant and be attentive.  Now you are ready to take and answer all those possible questions to be thrown by the interviewers.
